Emma Preparing Button Bags In The Gloucester Workrooms

Emma prepares the button bags made by their trainees at Bearland House yesterday, with spare gold inscribed Emma Willis collar stiffeners and real Mother of Pearl buttons, as a gift to go with each customers' bespoke shirt orders.  These were inspired by a tiny family restaurant she visited many years ago in Italy, who gave a beautifully prepared complimentary amuse-bouche to welcome customers, which she was utterly charmed by.
